In my family, we were constantly waiting for “the other shoe to drop.” That’s not necessarily paranoia; it’s because the other shoe ALWAYS seemed to be dropping. In terms of today, I had my booster shot…now what? I’m staying home as much as possible, but the way I see it…even if the other shoe drops, the booster shot does afford me some further degree of protection. That means a few more outings with my vaccinated family members and canasta friends. Anyhooo…it released a little bit of my tension with the pandemic. I hope you are faring well.
